AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This live activity is approved for a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CMD Credit Statement: This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 6.5 management hours and 5.0 clinical hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by the ABPLM. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit spent on the activity.

This educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) and approved for 11.50 clock hours and 11.50 participant hours.
